Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item, has been incorrectly printed or damaged upon receipt we are unable to accept returns.
Should an item be be faulty, damaged or misprinted, in the first instance, you should send photographs of the whole item and (if necessary) the damaged area to email@example.com and we’ll be in touch from there.

After return of an item, a replacement item will be printed and dispatched to you. If this is still unacceptable, we will be pleased to refund the amount of the item in question.
